Travel Policy

The travel policy is for clients who require in-person services such as content shoots, strategy sessions, or brand activations outside of our immediate service area. It ensures clarity, fairness, and professionalism while protecting both your investment and our time.

 

1. Local (within 15-20 miles)

• Already included in retainer pricing.

• No extra charge since it’s your immediate service area.

2. Extended Local (30–90 miles)

• $150–$300/day travel fee
  Covers gas, time, and light expenses.
  Can be invoiced separately or added into retainer.

3. Domestic (Over 90 miles / Out-of-State)
Client covers travel + accommodations + per diem.

• Flights or train tickets (booked at least 14 days in advance by client or reimbursed if booked by you).

• 2-night minimum accommodations if travel exceeds 3 hours.

• $100/day per diem for food + ground transportation.

• Retainer fee still applies on top of travel.

4. International
Custom proposal.

• Client covers airfare, hotel (3-night minimum), transportation, meals.

• Retainer pricing + 20% travel surcharge for extended time.
